We are new but promising team as we have expertise from renowned industry sectores of power system engineering. software development, data acquisition, data analysis, expert systems and artificial intelligence.
Our team members gave joined together from diverse industrial background with working experience in companies such as ABB, ERICSSON, DEWA, SCHNEIDER, BPDB, PGCB and others.

Managing Director
Md. Sohel Rana is the founding memeber of OTAE Bangladesh Limited. As an energetic young enterpreneur he started OTAE as a design and engineering consultancy firm focusing automation and communication of Power Utilities. Heavy Industries, Oil & Gas and Water sector.
Md. Sohel Rana in a CS Engineering graduate from Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET) and worked for various organizations like – as Communication Engineer in ERCSON Bangladesh and Myanmar, in Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa) UAE, KORDIA SOLUTION in Australia; as Power system control, automation and communication consultant in INTEC GOPA, Germany.
Md. Sohel Rana in a CS Engineering graduate from Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET) and worked for various organizations like – as Communication Engineer in ERCSON Bangladesh and Myanmar, in Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (Dewa) UAE, KORDIA SOLUTION in Australia; as Power system control, automation and communication consultant in INTEC GOPA, Germany.

Jasper Arts is the co-founder of OTAE and working as CTO for the organization. His specialization covers the development of business software, ensure product quality and fulfill customer requiments. He also looks after the international business development for OTAE.
He is the pioneer in developing business application software through which utility managers can monitor key assets, collect field data, validate the process status and ensure the service level quality over the internet. Ensuring cyber security of such applications is also under his responsibility.
Jasper Arts earned his bachelor’s degree in Operation Technology & Management and Dutch National degree n Engineering. He worked as CEO for Energy Force, as CTO for DataWatt and as Project Manager for several projects. He also worked as Engineer for Royal Dutch Navy.
